I've had this game a few times through the years and have always ended deleting due to having to stay on one level for an what seems like an eternity and I refuse to pay to just pass a level. I'm not opposed to spending money for in game items but not to use them up on a hard level and the next level is even harder. I do like the game, just wish it wasn't so incredibly frustrating.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'd pay $20 for this game, accept ads, and microtransactions all at once to be able to shut off your events permanently. If you have 5 minutes to play while waiting for something, forget it. It takes 10 just to get through the technicolor cardboard cutout nightmare of event pop-ups (an exaggeration yes, but it definitely feels that way). I've never been assaulted with so much free garbage that I'd rather pay for it just to get to play the game.

Like others have said the game used to be fun. Levels have went from challenging to ridiculous. The final straw came for me just now. I have been playing level 8363 and after failing quite a few times, the game prompted me to purchase more moves. I didn't have enough gold bars but since I had finally gotten the game almost won and was offered 83 moves, I went for it. Turns out the game couldn't be won. There are generators that create the things needed to complete the game and they were gone.

Congratulations. You have turned a fun, time killing app into a ridiculous money grab. By reducing the number of moves on levels, reducing and in some cases eliminating free boosters, you have made levels impossible to pass without spending money. Whomever made the decision to change what was working is an idiot. This will be the last time I play.

I've enjoyed playing this game but I've run into trouble getting reliable help when needed and when I do get help it's as though they never read the issue that I'm having. It's frustrating when you're working towards goals, or whatever you want to call them and have invested a bit of money in a particular app and can't get the help you need and furthermore are, what's the term today? " gaslighted" !😳 Nevertheless I do enjoy Sagas Cranial Crack, so to speak. Sad I was forced to start over. 😤

One would think you would want to make the game fun for people, not super frustrating where nightmare hard levels are disguised as normal, and cone way too often. You will never get another dime of my money! The hints come way too often and way too soon. I would like to study the board and decide where to play next, i do not need the game played for me. If i wanted the game played for me, i would just watch a video. Turn off the nanosecond hints and let me play undistracted.

So now they are forcing me to join the seven level race. no longer an option. WTAF king? Why do you force us to play side games we are not interested in? update 7/18/2023 I will not watch another ad until you return the opt out for this side game. I haven't played a single level in quite a while. Only a matter of time before I delete it for good.

The ads have toned down a lot. Thank you! Update: Seriously, the ads are too much. If you dont pass the level you get the chance to watch 3 ads, which are the same ads watched 3 times in a row. Its annoying. I feel like I'm watching more ads than actual playing time. And I have downloaded many of the games advertised. But I end up uninstalling them for too many ads.

Addictive, but glitchy lately. You seem to deal with them more the further you progress in the game. I'm on one of the 3300-level puzzles. I spent days on a hard level, only for the game to crash after I pressed the skip button upon finally solving the puzzle. Its done this a few times with previous 3000-level puzzles. And the most annoying thing is that you don't get credit for finishing the level prior to the game crashing. So you have to play it over again even after purchasing boosters.
