Cant progress past 62. After searching for tips to pass level 62 I found that people are suppose to be given 21 turns but I am only given 14 for some reason, which makes it impossible to pass. NEED HELP! I have found that I am not the only person this is happening to. Enjoyed the game to this point. Dont know if this is a pay to win scheme or a legit glitch. Will edit review after problem is resolved.

This is a fun game until you realize it's just a mindless cash grab. It's game design was clearly based around the idea of pay for play. I get it money is king and greed is how he rules. The game is fun at first though but at a certain point you cannot progress unless you dole out cash. There aren't even the optional watch videos to get items in lieu of payment, the lesser of two evils. I give up. It's just not fun. Kudos to the developers for making a cash grab, and condolences to the payers.

Game is not fun anymore. Once you get several hundred levels in, the level takes days to complete because it's so difficult. The game decides when you get to win. I've played multiple levels now where there is only one option available until I get to 5 moves left with 80 wrappers. Just another freemium game trying to get you to pay to progress. I'd be happy to pay $5 or so for this if it didn't constantly ask me for money, and my decisions had an impact on the outcome of the game. Uninstalling.

Too many pop ups for challenges, and the challenges are all timed while the game is not, so casual players lose out on most chances to win prizes. But the worst is how little moves you get for each puzzle. It's like candy crush wants you to fail every level until you spend money on boosters. Trash model. After 3 years, the only changes were to make these problems worse. And the absolute trash move that is the fish. 3 years later and it's still a decent game, but a trash app.

I was on last bubble of the royal top tier to win over 200 bars, and game crashed and lost progress. Customer service only offered me 15 bars. Save your money and time, and don't waste it in this game. I spent a ton of money in this game, and when I had an issue, offering 15 out of 200 bars was a slap in the face. if and when they make things right, ill change my rating, but for now if ZERO was an option, that is what I would click. if mngt ever decides to do the right thing, ill change rating

I love this game it is very challenging but it can be frustrating at times. But it gets harder as you progress. I wish you could use your help you choose before you start game inside the game, because sometimes during game you need that 1 more thing and that would've advanced you to next level! I think you should have a seperate set of lives between the owl and regular boardut the wheel cheats 😡 lol. Overall still great game. Keep up the good work!!

UPDATE: Its been almost a month and it still can't connect to the Kingdom, no spins and no ability to make purchases! Fix this ASAP or I'll delete this one and the others from your company, all with 1 star reviews! My kids and I played this daily until the latest update...now it won't connect to the Kingdom. If this isn't fixed the game will be deleted!!

The game has gotten ridiculous. once you move past level 3000 the boards get so hard that it can take a week off playing to beat it. they are trying to make you buy extra moves but have raised the prices to highway robbery levels. it's just not fun anymore. i can play for about 5 minutes before im out of lives. it's just not fun anymore and it's a shame
