When getting prizes it says that I need to connect to internet to receive them. I am connected to the internet. This has been happening for a few weeks now. I can't get my gifts or win on the bonus wheel I continue to see a loading wheel when I try to collect things. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling MULTIPLE times. FIX THIS PLEASE. UPDATE: just uninstalled and reinstalled the app again, now I cannot connect to my Facebook and have lost all my progress. I'm done.

Some levels are extremely hard to pass. Some don't have enough moves, can't be passed unless you spend 3 days trying. Takes the fun out of it. I like challenges but after awhile it gets old. Why not just let the players move on if they try a certain number of times? It's especially annoying if you know other people have 25 moves in a hard level and you just get 13.
Often when I get a color bomb, something like a booster candy comes up and automatically activates it before I get a chance to use it. My girlfriend has the beanstalk which I haven't had in months. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. They also took away the part where after so many points, levels you get boosters and at the end you would get something extra, no more of that. Way too many hard levels, one after another. Not fun anymore, will be uninstalling permanently.
The Candy Royale use to be an optional thing and now we are forced to play even tricked into playing by being displayed under another thing that you want to do and that thing is transparent so you end up clicking the to join the Candy Royale too. Also the Daily Candy Machine is not Daily unless you play in the game and not just interact with it like sending lives or spinning the wheel. If you don't actually play the game you get penalized by the candy machine not popping up at all to start it.

Store never works correctly. That was my problem in 2014. It's fixed now. I came back after many years not playing. Spent over $400.00 so far. Now, 3-10-22, I passed 2 levels, using up my piñatas, only for the screen to freeze up as I hit skip button. Back in 2 more times, wasted 2 more piñatas and got glitches. I'm done. Moving on again. How long has this game been out and still glitches and steals your boosters? Later.
I downloaded this game, began playing, everything was okay. Passed each level on the first go, mostly with 3 stars, for 70+ levels. Early on in the game you earn more gold than your piggy bank can hold and that is when they start asking for money. Also, since I hadn't lost any lives, the free lives I won were forfeited. But the most annoying thing is that after I got out of the game horizontal lines appeared on my screen. The only way I could remove the lines was by uninstalling the app.

Do not download the PC/ laptop version of Candy Crush or any of its versions. It has a bad habit of crashing right after you have paid extra for more lives or for boosters and cleared the board. When that happens, it means everything you just paid was wasted because you have to start the level over. This has happened a dozen times. I'm going to stop playing it because ilt's hard to believe this is anything but intentional. There's no excuse for this given the long life of this game.

The new versions have taken away the simple essence of the game. There are way too many pop ups, ads, distractions. It used to be pretty simple, open the app, start playing. Now you have to close 10 different items before you even get to the gaming screen. You sold out, candy crush. I think I'll have to say goodbye after 5 years together. Thank you for the memories.
