This game is a scam. The gameplay itself is appealing and works just fine but sooner or later your progress will rely on purchasing items to complete levels. I paid $15 for their "4th of July special," which included infinite lives for 24 hours, just so I can keep playing the game in peace. Well that timer keeps counting down whether you have the app open and are actively playing the game or not. So many of those hours I paid for have gone to waste... Save your money and play something else.

The problem I have with this game, I will leave the app to answer my phone, message, do something else for a moment and when I go back to the app, it resets and I lose my streak. This has happened countless times, this bug seriously needs to be fixed. I play other games, my phone can die but the other games allow me to pick up where I left off. I haven't failed a level in a very long time, so not fair.
I love the newer updates. I'm in the 1900's and I was getting frustrated and reinstalled it on a different device and didn't sign in with FB. I had been wondering what the gold crown was about. I never would have known if I didn't start again. It's practically impossible to get that many levels in consecutive order on the first try, without having to spend $$$. I admit that the game is more generous with ways to accumulate items than it was a few years ago.
These newest updates aren't it... Used to be you had the option to play that 100 person challenge or whatever, then they changed it but if I backed out of that screen it would override it, but now that doesn't even work. That along with the 30 other pop-ups between levels asking me to buy stuff... Drives me bonkers. Especially when I have claimed a timed prize and I have to waste time dealing with pop ups. I also noticed it's glitchy now when I do the striped and wrapped candies together
Fun at first, but after level 400 or so it's impossible to solve w/out paying for boosts. The sad thing is the levels aren't HARD, they just give you way too few moves to solve them, which = BORRRRINNNNGG. Once you reach that point, do what I do: delete, reinstall, and play the fun part again. Or just switch to Pet Rescue Saga - it's much more fun, actually challenges you w strategy, and doesn't require money to progress.

I have had about all I can take of this game! Every time I play, it constantly wants you to buy with real money ways for you to pass onto the next level. Yes, it does give you free chances for a couple, spin the wheels, for you to collect helpful items to get you to pass to the level, however, if you don't pass it, yep spend money to get to the next level!! If you want a game for fun and no out of pocket cost to your bank account, this is not it!! I am pretty close to uninstaling it.
This game is very sneaky and good at getting you to pay money. It's SO not worth the time, energy, and especially money! I am very good at these games and have played them for a long time. I used to give this game a high rating, but the better I get, the more I can see the games purposeful tactics in how the game particularly tweaks things so that you HAVE to pay them more and more money! There are others! Don't play this one! It's not worth the virtual traps that amount to nothing!

Enjoy playing but it is a "pay your way game" even though there are advertisement opportunities that makes this unnecessary. You can get away with not paying, but there comes a point where levels are impossible to win. It is not based on skill or critical thinking. It gets frustrating as some levels you eventually just win on luck and may take days to move forward. Then you run out of lives in 5 seconds. So pay up or wait for more lives over the next few hours.

There are cliches within the app. All weekend, the DAILY offer was not available for me to choose. Would hit open, the soccer blue challenge would open. I even lost free items that I earned due to the game not operating properly. I agree with others. You can keep playing, only to be forced to buy things to help clear the level. The aggravation of the ongoing cliches has made me choose to no longer play this game. I am not a computer dummy to know what was happening.
