It's an Okay game to play with levels that are impossible to pass without paying for Powerups, and daily false notifications. I receive a daily notification of a "daily reward" for playing, but never receive a reward when I go to the app. I've explored the app pretty extensively and you can't get to the "daily reward" either, in the event that it's a pop-up that fails to pop-up.
Explore ResourcesI'm on level 780. I've been playing this game for years. I've noticed that every level now is almost impossible to beat without boosters. I've already spent so much money on this game, and I refuse to spend any more. It even tells you what percentage of ppl needed to purchase a booster to win. My current level states 75%. Disappointing. And, I hate that I have to be mandated to participate in Candy Royale. Unfortunately, level 780 is where I may bow out.
This is a fun game until you realize it's just a mindless cash grab. It's game design was clearly based around the idea of pay for play. I get it money is king and greed is how he rules. The game is fun at first though but at a certain point you cannot progress unless you dole out cash. There aren't even the optional watch videos to get items in lieu of payment, the lesser of two evils. I give up. It's just not fun. Kudos to the developers for making a cash grab, and condolences to the payers.
Love playing this game. The problem with this, as with ALL "King" games, is you can only sync "play levels" if you get a new phone, etc. You lose all your boosters & helps you have collected along the way in your game play. Other games I play have a customer service option within the game, & when I get a new phone, I can contact them directly thru the game, & they update my previous info from the old device. With King games, except for play level, you are basically starting over.
I've been playing a long time. I'm in the 3000's in regular Saga and 2000's in soda. I'm getting frustrated with all the super hard levels. I like a challenging level where I can figure out how to beat it but many levels just need more moves or luck to complete. And why do special pieces go off just when they fall? If I make a special piece I should be able to use it unless it matches. Anyway, frustrated in Candyland. Not really fun anymore.

I love this game. I'm on level 3364. BUT the commercials keep freezing lately, and i can't back out of them. So annoying to watch a commercial for over a minute (due to freezes}, only to have the app say "video not available" and not get a booster. Also, I will never ever buy a vehicle from Montebello Chevy because they don't provide a "skip ad" option, and I am forced to watch the whole damn commercial every single time. 😁😂
I've played this and several of their other games for more years than I care to mention. Over the last several days, I have not been able to communicate with their Network for this game only. All of the others work just fine. After too many hours with customer support, I give up! One other thing to note, if you have saved boosters and get a new device, the boosters DO NOT transfer. If the progress can be transferred, we're only talking about a few bits of inexpensive storage to save those also.

ADDICTING, MINDLESS, TIMELESS GAME! Wish it didn't constantly push you to make purchases. I must be one of the last few people on earth to place this game but it's great. The constant challenges, no ads and the amazing graphics make for a great game. My only issue is that you need to purchase extras to beat the higher. it actually gets pretty stressful when you cant go any further and your stuck on a difficult level.

I like that every day I can get a free booster, cause I'm not paying for any! Some levels are really hard and frustrating to have to play them so many times, overall good game. I don't like how the game doesn't verify if I spend gold bars. Sometimes I hit the button to play on by mistake and then I lose all my gold for nothing!! Update 3 years later-I uninstalled for a few years and just now playing again. I like how they've added more ways to get boosters, b/c I'm still not spending any real $!
