Not like the original game, there are competitions right out of the gate - forget relaxing gameplay where you can go at your own pace. Not to mention the gold runs out too quickly, so you can't buy powerups which become absolutely necessary to "win" the higher levels. I found this heartbreaking and a headache instead of a fun nostalgia trip. Would absolutely not recommend to anyone period. I am extremely dissatisfied.

Over the last year, it seems King has prioritized monetization, adding to an excruciating frustrating game play experience. Pay, and you'll pass the level, don't pay, and you could be playing the same level for weeks. Time to uninstall and move on to something better.
All on all its a fun game up to a point. Once you get to the later boards I understand making them challenging but when it takes 40 or more trys to pass a level it's no longer fun. Especially when the game just won't give you what you need to finish a board. They want you to buy things to pass them. I'll uninstall the game before ever spending money.
way too many ads to get kids spending money! it has been getting worse industry wide, but this was ridiculous!!! lots of bells and whistles, and little in the need for skills. riged, so if you do not buy from them, you lose. but if you refuse to buy, they will eventually rig the game to give you a pass by changing the drop patterns. sad was a good game at one point. now it is just a waste of money and time.
Very addictive! It's great for boredom or just to waste time. Some levels really are challenging while others give you a break. I would say I'd love it but I don't like having to purchase my piggy bank every time it fills up, plus you should be able to collect all rewards without limitations. Especially since we're having to work for them.

Fun at first, but after level 400 or so it's impossible to solve w/out paying for boosts. The sad thing is the levels aren't HARD, they just give you way too few moves to solve them, which = BORRRRINNNNGG. Once you reach that point, do what I do: delete, reinstall, and play the fun part again. Or just switch to Pet Rescue Saga - it's much more fun, actually challenges you w strategy, and doesn't require money to progress.
Played for over 2 years. Spent actual cash on it. There's times I won the episode race n it didn't give me the gold bars. There's times I won the train n didn't get it. Same with the tournament things. I won one of the bigger ones that should have been over 100. N I got nothing.. I was on level well over 4000 n uninstalled it yesterday. I tried contacting them several times so it didn't come to that. N they just don't care. Save yourself the trouble n find another game

It's fun for a while. Then, it gets impossably hard every single level. You can not pass most levels without spending real money on a bunch of boosters. The game has other little tricks. You will fail a level 5 times , and all of a sudden, it just does a combo that wipes the entire level except one more block and you have no more moves. But wait! You can spend real money for a few extra moves. Lol, imagine that. It's rigged to make you spend money. 👎

It is kind of fun and usually very easy. I have never bern able to do anything with the store or gold bars. Maybe beacause my phone is too full? Connecting to facebook sort of worked for a while, but not now. I'm not sure I ever had it connected to email. I had to start over at the begining of the whole game about the same time the FB connection quit. I don't care much though. I mostly just play when I don't feel like thinking.
