I used love this game. It was fun, and relaxing. Now all they want is your money. Am I the only one who notices instances of what appears to be cheating going on? When you start doing too good weird stuff starts happening with the game. Twice I was ahead in the weekly challenge. Each time I stepped away from the game for like 10 minutes and came back to find that out of nowhere a mole jumps ahead by 30 or 40 levels. I'm going to stop playing. Cheating sucks.

I was on last bubble of the royal top tier to win over 200 bars, and game crashed and lost progress. Customer service only offered me 15 bars. Save your money and time, and don't waste it in this game. I spent a ton of money in this game, and when I had an issue, offering 15 out of 200 bars was a slap in the face. if and when they make things right, ill change my rating, but for now if ZERO was an option, that is what I would click. if mngt ever decides to do the right thing, ill change rating

Mobile Friendly

I use to love this game. However, since they keep adding side games, the data and graphics are too much. Every time I have a decent win streak, the game crashes and I lose everything I had been working on. I wish I didn't HAVE to participate in those side games. I didn't download this to roll dice on a board game or be in 3-5 different races AT THE SAME TIME. SIMPLIFY! Would also like to turn off the friends thing I keep getting notices for.

Too many pop ups for challenges, and the challenges are all timed while the game is not, so casual players lose out on most chances to win prizes. But the worst is how little moves you get for each puzzle. It's like candy crush wants you to fail every level until you spend money on boosters. Trash model. After 3 years, the only changes were to make these problems worse. And the absolute trash move that is the fish. 3 years later and it's still a decent game, but a trash app.

Lots of harassment in the game now, almost all fun is gone. Higher levels are impossible to win most of the time, so you end up having to play dozens of times to get a solvable combination. About as fun as rolling dice until you get 10 sixes in a row. But some higher levels are still fun... Don't pay for "gold", since they arrange for it to be really easy to accidentally spend it by not having spend confirmations and often popping spend buttons under where you are already touching.

great a little slow moving between sets and while in between claiming prizes. Are the gold bars still counted after you reach the 30 limit? I don't think they are because looking at my bookbag of items and/or prizes-boosters it states that i only have a certain amount when after keeping track I should have much more. Do not want to purchase a bank. That's it tho...i really love this game. Its like the little black dress in my closet of phone apps! :)

I recently started playing again after stopping in 2014. The game is different, but I like it. However, I constantly have issues with ads freezing, causing me to lose a game and lose super colour bombs. Also constantly saying no internet connection, so I can't buy boosters which causes me to lose and mess up a winning streak. I've done all of the things like clearing cache multiple times a day, restarting my phone and the app. It doesn't help. So, farewell again Candy Crush.

Good game, would give 5 stars if it was easier to receive power ups and gold without having to pay $$. I like the set up and the chocolate box is good. Some levels are ridiculously difficult and can only be beaten if you have $$ to buy extra everything. Would be a bit better if you could watch adds for extra moves if you fail a level, especially if you don't have enough gold to continue.

I had issues with rewards and got the biggest run around for almost 2 weeks. No resolution was given. Only automated "we need info" . I sent what they requested the first time they requested it. 10 messages later still "we need" and sending the info 6 different times. Game is fun but customer service if you need it really blows (can't put what I really think lol) game is 5 stars but customer service just made me change my prior review
