I love this game. I'm on level 3364. BUT the commercials keep freezing lately, and i can't back out of them. So annoying to watch a commercial for over a minute (due to freezes}, only to have the app say "video not available" and not get a booster. Also, I will never ever buy a vehicle from Montebello Chevy because they don't provide a "skip ad" option, and I am forced to watch the whole damn commercial every single time. 😁😂

I have very little free time and getting locked out while I am playing makes me want to uninstall this game. In addition it had repeatedly taken my lives and moves....most recently 40 at once!!!! Its frustrating!!!!!!!
Definitely designed with the intention of players having to spend money after so much (which I will NEVER do). Hard levels aren't super hard, normal levels are quite easy. but once you hit the 500s is where it all goes downhill. Normal levels are hard and you most of the time will need to use a booster (if you have any). Hard levels are impossible to beat unless you luck out on getting a good set up or spend money on gold bars to keep getting more moves. I used to love this game, now not so much.
I used to enjoy this game but it gets ONE ⭐ now. They make it impossible to pass higher levels. It's not enjoyable to be stuck on a level for weeks. I'm unable to use boosters that I've won. They don't offer any extra lives. They've made it all about money and want you to pay to move forward in this BS game. I'm going back to playing video games at home on my game consoles where I can have some actual fun again. Candy Crush has turned into a joke.
I've played this and several of their other games for more years than I care to mention. Over the last several days, I have not been able to communicate with their Network for this game only. All of the others work just fine. After too many hours with customer support, I give up! One other thing to note, if you have saved boosters and get a new device, the boosters DO NOT transfer. If the progress can be transferred, we're only talking about a few bits of inexpensive storage to save those also.

I love the game, and in my opinion I spend too much $$ on this game. I would love to rate higher but often the game will not have any candy to move and I'll have to back out and lose progress and life. But I've also experienced winning power ups for instance I got like 2 hour free play, but in 30 minutes it took me down to nothing and said ask friends for a life, or I win from the cloud lady 3 power ups for 30 minutes each but it gave me 1 but wouldn't even go through the 30 minute duration.
I played Candy Crush for years. YEARS!!! I've spent money on it, I've played over 1,500 levels. I must've been one of the first ones to download it and I've loved it more than any game out there. Personal problems and I couldn't play it for a few months. I come back to it and all my progress is gone. I cannot make myself start all over again, so with a heavy heart I've uninstalled it. Please fix that for future players, if not for me.

Addicting! Fun!- 2018 Edit 10-7-2023 - On level 1383 and it's glitching constantly. I uninstalled and will give it a few hours and try to install again. One thing, there needs to be more options earning gold (at these levels you either play the same one forever or pay for more moves which is ridiculously expensive for a game that is for my "wind down" time.) 10-8-23 I reinstalled and the glitching is gone but I LOST ALL OF MY EARNED/PURCHASED INCENTIVES! HOPING SOMEONE CAN HELP REINSTATE! :(

I had issues with rewards and got the biggest run around for almost 2 weeks. No resolution was given. Only automated "we need info" . I sent what they requested the first time they requested it. 10 messages later still "we need" and sending the info 6 different times. Game is fun but customer service if you need it really blows (can't put what I really think lol) game is 5 stars but customer service just made me change my prior review
