The ads this company uses should be illegal! They literally force the game open, if you have it on your phone already. It's invasive and cumbersome. As for the game itself, it's obvious the algorithm is designed to make it enjoyable for a while and then get rough to try and make you spend money. It's easy to get around that with patience, but who has that anymore? Lol. I removed the game from my phone to prevent it's incessant forced opens. I'm never coming back.

Installed and it was an addictive game and i loved it. But something happened. Screen went blank and i uninstalled & reinstalled and now screen is black when i open game. Cant even play at all now...hate to even give one star. I'm back, 11/14/2021. Uninstalled and reinstalled a couple months ago.. Now here we go. Something else is wrong. One of the components isn't working. The Chocolate Box isn't working. Hasn't worked in over a month. Losing all the rewards that should be given to players. 😡

I love this game! It's so addictive. UPDATE: Had problems before not receiving my purchases, customer service has always been responsive with correcting the issue promptly, until recently. I made two purchases a few days ago, didn't receive my items, reached out to customer service, NOTHING! They've ghosted. THEY'RE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY'LL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND THE ITEMS YOU PURCHASED. Since they're not responding, I will blast them on all social media!

I am obsessed with this game but like many other players, am finding myself frustrated. Less moves per level, more extremely hard levels, not as many freebies or boosters, no sugar drops. I mean...you guys are sucking the fun out of it. I play to relax, not get more stressed out. Please listen to your audience. Also, more unlimited life periods would be great.

I definitely enjoyed playing up until I made the mistake of purchasing an offer. This action completely removed the option to watch ads for lives or extra moves! Had I known that would happen, I would've never made the purchase. Now I'm all out of gold bars and refuse to pay additional money for more. I realize they want all the $ they can get, but I cannot continue to feed them my hard earned $ in order to pass a level. Uninstalled.

Having issues with going to next level, a background screen is up, but nothing else. I have to completely close the app and open again. Very annoying. But not as annoying as losing ALL My gifted lives and boosters I've collected and BOUGHT. I've stupidly spent a TON of $$ on this app. You'd think being signed in would allow you to keep everything you've bought and/or earned, but no... Also, if I buy 12 hours of something, I should get ALL 12hrs of it. When I'm not in app, time should halt.

Super fun and addictive...until you get to the higher levels where the game is intentionally designed to make you spend money (which I will not). It gives a couple doable levels, then impossible levels that you need to buy add-ons to pass or keep coming back to it for literal days until you pass. Also, WAY too many clicks required between levels. So lame and not fun anymore. I'd so much rather play a game with ads.

Couldn't stand to open the game anymore with all the stupid pop ups. Either you want me to keep paying for gold bars, some annoying ad for another pert of the game, another one for 30 other things. It's aggravating. Why so many pop ups (in game pop ups) and you can't even close out of them right away. By the time I close them all out, I don't even want to play anymore. It's tedious. I'll be going to take my money elsewhere till it's fixed.

Yeah, just no. Made it through level 25 and the further I went the more it seemed I wasn't playing the game and making my own decisions, but more just following the game suggested moves and letting the game decide how to proceed. Sure, I could choose not to use the suggested moves, but it's distracting and you may find yourself just blindly following along. Recommend removing the near instantaneous next move selections and let the player actually troubleshoot their way through.
