Love it when it works. i had 50 gold bricks yall gave me as a gift. i come back and theyre gone. not cool candy crush. not cool. The music keeps turning itself off since the latest update. Never had a problem previously. Now the sound effects don't always work either and the app closed itself and I lost the life and remaining moves I had left. Very frustrated at this point.
Explore ResourcesSince the upgrade the game has not allowed me to access the game store or receive free plays or boosters. I have never logged in through Facebook. This is the second time this has happened. I will not start over again. Hopefully this will work itself out. Otherwise, I'll have to find a new game. Updating: Since returning I can tell the game has made some improvements and it is interesting again.
Update: I love this game, but I can't express how frustrating it is when the app keeps on fore closing in the middle of a game!!! I used to not care as much because I would still be able to keep my "helmets" for passing levels without dying. Unfortunately, that is not the case anymore! Look, I get losing them if you quit or cannot pass a level, but why lose them when the app crashed and/Or foreclosed BY ITSELF?!? Please fix it.
Pretty fun game to pass the time. Update about 4.5 years later: I've decreased my rating. As so many others are saying, this game is going downhill & it seems like the creators/developers of it don't care. It used to be so fun and interesting to play. Now, the levels are becoming too hard to pass w/out boosters (& boosters seem harder to come by unless you pay) and there are multiple difficult levels in a row. AND being forced to play the Candy Royale game when it used to be optional SUCKS!
Started out fun. So much I decided to buy Gold bars so I could get more time with it. 400 levels and it's been hanging up when I spin the wheel for extra moves. Was no biggie, just restart the game and start the level over from scratch. Then I discovered that it takes 7 gold bars every time it does. At least 10 times. That's 70 bars, at least! When the game is finished stealing my gold bars, I'm going to uninstall it. Nothing is more frustrating than not getting what you paid for.

I had to close 9 pop-ups for events or other. Nine! I like that the game is good to pass time but it's also extremely annoying. You don't need to spend money to win, but you may play the same level ~20 times before the rng works in your favor, sometimes with but usually without power ups. I have 200+ power ups that I have not bought, free ones and rare usage. It is weird when you get to 100 on one type - it just says 99+ but seems to keep accurate track despite not showing the real count.
I refuse to spend real money on a game so I always end up on a level that can't be cleared without boosters. Winning a booster for an hour can be a waste if you can't use it on your current level or you run out of lives. The game can be enjoyable but mostly it's like police work: a few seconds of excitement surrounded by hours of boredom, checking back with the game to see if you have enough of any resources to play again. It can be fun but often isn't.

I'm for supporting a game by making purchases, but this game has turned into a money grab! There are too many nightmare levels back to back with minimal moves. There are almost impossible to win without extra moves. The game also appears to cheat. The candy bombs go off by themselves. This makes me not want to purchase anything when I used to buy the pass.

I have played for over 10 years. I play every day. I watch every ad that is offered that gives me an immediate prize. In the last week, this new thing of having to watch 10 random ads so I can have the option to watch 2 ads for a couple of moves to help finish the level, is absolutely asinine!! I'm seriously thinking of quitting. Please just give me back the 3 ads at the end of the level.
