For about the first 400 levels, this game is great. It's not too easy but not so hard it's not even enjoyable. Pretty much after that point, if you don't buy stuff it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to get past the level. They lowered the moves a ton on thousands of levels to force players to spend money on the game. Be aware that it's advertised as free, but it's not free. It's definitely a "pay to progress" game, just like all the others.

I'm currently on levell 5,088 and CANNOT pass it, I don't have any boosters or gold to help, unless I win first place and then I have to use all my gold bars to help on the next set, it's just getting frustrating, the few moves they give us on each level is ridiculous. I loved having the videos to win more moves and boosters, they helped, please bring them back..
I am frustrated with this game. Every time I make progress, the game can't connect with it's "app store". So even though I have plenty of gold bars to buy more moves, I can't. Seems like a way to keep a person from progressing. And just when I think it can't get worse, I link my game to my Facebook account and lose all my gold bars. Contact their customer support who aren't any help.
The whole point of the game is to trick you into buying extra power ups or gold bars or anything. The game try so hard to make you addicted, even going as far as not letting you leave a game immediately after selecting quit. So, the game is very fun but it sucks that all these microtransactions have to take place... but I'm a sap so I still play.
The fish are not your friends! This game is addicting but I hate that the fish frequently go places that aren't helpful and often trigger the candy balls when you're trying to use them strategically. It's also frustrating when you only need to clear a few more spaces but all the matches are on the opposite side of the board. 😡 Also, the "hints" are often not the best possible move but they keep flashing at you and it's distracting.

Definitely designed with the intention of players having to spend money after so much (which I will NEVER do). Hard levels aren't super hard, normal levels are quite easy. but once you hit the 500s is where it all goes downhill. Normal levels are hard and you most of the time will need to use a booster (if you have any). Hard levels are impossible to beat unless you luck out on getting a good set up or spend money on gold bars to keep getting more moves. I used to love this game, now not so much.
It's crazy how much this game cheats...They know danm well some levels cannot be beat so you have to use up lives and gold bars...As for a free game, ha, they want you to spend money so you can keep playing... I don't know how many times I've seen the numbers magically go up after they were suppose to go down after crushing stuff to get to the next level...I remember now why I uninstalled this game the first time!!

This game gets you hooked. I played for a couple years. Then when I had a moment of weakness and made one purchase, All of my ADS were gone so no Aids could be earned, Then everything was taken away where it was just absolutely impossible to win without boosters. They run on an algorithm And as soon as you make a purchase The boosters are gone and it is no longer any fun at all.

I love the game, and in my opinion I spend too much $$ on this game. I would love to rate higher but often the game will not have any candy to move and I'll have to back out and lose progress and life. But I've also experienced winning power ups for instance I got like 2 hour free play, but in 30 minutes it took me down to nothing and said ask friends for a life, or I win from the cloud lady 3 power ups for 30 minutes each but it gave me 1 but wouldn't even go through the 30 minute duration.
